『創るを佑ける』 "Helping to Create"

総合保険代理店として2000年に設立した株式会社ライフィは、2026年、事業譲渡に伴い保険代理店業を廃業、
中小企業コンサルティング企業・株式会社創佑へと生まれ変わりました。

企業様の新たな創造へのチャレンジ、目的達成へと歩む企業様の伴走者として、
当社は、佑（たす）けとなる情報とアイデアを駆使し、
お客様企業の「真の目的」に寄り添い、共に歩むパートナーです。

Established in 2000 as a comprehensive insurance agency, Lify Co., Ltd. discontinued its insurance operations in 2026 following a business transfer and was reborn as Sou-yu Co., Ltd., an SME consulting firm.

As a companion to companies taking on new creative challenges and striving to achieve their goals, we leverage insightful information and innovative ideas that serve as "Yu" (support). We are a dedicated partner, walking alongside our clients to help them realize their true purpose.

2000年 8月Aug 2000

株式会社エージーエス設立Founded Lify Co., Ltd. ・準備期間を経て翌年3月、生命保険会社13社と代理店契約を締結 - Concluded agency contracts with 13 life insurance companies
・法人専門コンサルティング営業を開始。 - Commenced financial consulting for SMEs
2006年 6月Jun 2006

株式会社ライフィへ社名変更Renamed to Lify Co., Ltd. ・ネット保険販売代理店へとシフト開始
　取り扱う保険は、64社の生命保険・医療保険・がん保険・自動車保険・火災保険、旅行保険など多岐にわたり、ネット完結型保険販売のトップグループ的代理店として運営。この間の表彰多数。 - Began transitioning into a web-based insurance agency.
Handled a wide range of products from 64 insurers, including life, medical, cancer, auto, fire, and travel insurance, operating as a leading agency in online-only sales. Received numerous awards during this period.

保険代理店業を廃業。株式会社創佑へ社名変更Discontinued Insurance Agency Business & Renamed to Sou-yu Co., Ltd. ・保険代理店事業をSasuke Financial Lab(株)に譲渡し、業廃 - Transferred the insurance agency business to Sasuke Financial Lab Co., Ltd. and discontinued operations
・社名を変更、本店を渋谷区神宮前へ移転 - Renamed the company, relocated the headquarters to Jingumae, Shibuya, and restarted as Sou-yu
